      A Guide to Mail Art

Snail mail isn't dead. In this class, you will discover the world of mail art and mail swapping. We will discuss where to find pen pals and how you can use your artistic talents when sending mail. We will also spend time making our own cards and envelopes! If possible, please bring glue and/or scissors to reduce time spent sharing. If you have old scrapbook supplies or other stationery lying around, you're welcome to bring it. Teacher: Dawn Olsen Dawn is a native Iowan, an Indy resident, and an Oxford comma addict. She is an advocate for snail mail, and she keeps all the cards she has received over the last 20 years in a box under her bed.
