Since 1955 the Indiana Council of World Affairs’ Distinguished Speaker Series has brought some of the world’s best minds to Indianapolis for a dinner presentation to discuss international topics of interest. Our events are open to anyone with an interest in international topics - ICWA members and non-members.  Event date: Thursday, April 18 Speaker: Thomas J. Duesterberg, Senior Fellow at Hudson Institute Topic:  Tariffs and Trade and US Foreign Policy. Oh My! Overview:  Dr. Duesterberg will discuss the impact of tariffs on trade and US foreign policy.
